Here we would like to briefly introduce our local doctors.
Charles Luzige
Luzige Charles is in charge of the Health Center St. John XXIII at Gayaza, which is a not-for-profit organization. It is a Catholic-based institution that offers community services such as sensitization for health topics, outreach, immunization, primary health care, and additionally it offers free mediciation for the orphans at the St Liliam home. He currently also coordinates the activities of “Hands for Hepatitis B” a not-for-profit organization in Uganda.
Elvis Seremba
Seremba Elvis is a medical doctor with experience working with communities, especially in programs that prevent disease and improve community health. What drives Elvis is his passion for better understanding the dynamics of the health of the rural people and the urban poor. He has a hunger for knowledge and a determination to turn information into action. This has contributed to his success in several campaigns dealing with communities. He is considering working with partners to improve the livelihoods of persons living with hepatitis B, their families, and the community at large.
